A particular group at which a product such as a film or advertisement is aimed at.

This means that your target audience is a group of people that your business want to attract. This are the group of people that your product or services have to focus on. If you are talking to everyone, you are talking to no one.

 

But how to identify your target audience?

Here are some of the factors that you would want to find out about your target audience:

Helps you differentiate whether your products/services benefits which gender better.

Helps you to verify which industry has the biggest attraction for your business.
